AGREEMENT IN ORGANIZING THE NEXT CONGRESS

According to the agreement of the next snowsport-instructors' congress that was signed between IVSI (International Federation of Snowsport-Instructors) and the Hungarian Ski Instructors Association (SMSZ) the annual congress will be held between 24th and 31st of January 2009 in the Skipark of Mátraszentistván.
The meeting of the IVSI presidency board was held between June 29-30, 2008 in Galyatetőt, when the members emphasized that the final decision concerning the congress organization was announced at the very last moment due to the fact that Hungary is not known as an alpine country. The board was convinced by the Hungarian demo team performance during the Interski Congress in 2007 and also by visiting the Skipark in Mátraszentistván.The programme of the congress will include plenary sessions, workshops, demos and other spectacular shows that will be attractive to the public as well. On the last day of the congress the skipark will turn into a fascinating international "party-zone".
