Members of the presidency of the Hungarian Ski Instructors Association dr. Katalin Egri president, Gábor Tettamanti vice-president and Ferenc Dudás negotiates meetings in the region.
During the meeting, the mayor of Gyöngyös, Mr. György Hies offers a performance of local folk dance groups for the participants of the congress. The groups called "Bányász" Band, "Vidróczki" Dance Group and "Ördögszekér" Dance Group is also willing to teach some basic steps from their repertoire.
László Kósa promised to assist the OC in mobilizing its correspondence towards the hosting units to provide us the highest quality in hospitality. He offered an excursion from Mátrafüred to Gyöngyös with a "forest train", visit the Mátra Muzeum and the main square of Gyöngyös with a guide. The excursion would then finish in Farkasmáj in a vine cellar having 17 wings where the participants wil have a chance to taste the region's best wines.
During the meetings followed with the executive members of the Hunguest Grandhotel Galya, the presidency members discussed the necessary details for the congress.
